**JOB SUMMARY**

Oversees the development, production, and implementation of all brand and loyalty marketing strategies and related projects. Collaborates with brand and loyalty leaders at both global and continental levels to ensure the long-term health of the brands and loyalty programs in the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) region.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**

Education and Experience
- Required_
- 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major; 2 years’ experience in Marketing, Loyalty, Brand, or a comparable professional area

OR
- 8-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related major; 1 year experience in Marketing, Loyalty, Brand, or a comparable professional area
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- Preferred_
- Advanced degree in Business or related area preferred
- Fluency in Portuguese a plus
- Director-level experience preferred
- Experience managing Luxury brands

**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**

**Brand & Loyalty Marketing**
- Partner with global Brand & Loyalty Marketing and CALA Marketing to ensure delivery of efficient and effective marketing plans to boost the Brand awareness and lift reputation in the long term.
- Develop strategy and activate relevant Brand & Loyalty Partnerships that enhance Brand & Marriott Bonvoy Positioning, resulting in stronger Brand equity.
- Consistently ensure all Brand activities consider the affiliation of our award-winning Brands to Marriott Bonvoy travel program.
- Owner and Approver of Brand photography, contents and assets in continent.
- Develop a robust full-year marketing plan that prioritizes brand presence, drives awareness, and increases brand health. Ensure alignment with global brand leaders.
- Drive Marriott Bonvoy awareness and affiliation through new member acquisition marketing, promotions (broad and targeted) and new offerings and benefits.
- The role will oversee: the launch of new partnerships, campaigns, offerings; the use of direct channels and offers to drive enrollments, and the evolution and optimization of promotions that create revenue growth and member engagement.
- Project management of Midscale, All-Inclusive & Luxury portfolio brand positioning, brand guidelines, and creative development, including content, photo, and video assets.

**Revenue, Awareness & Member Acquisitions**
- Directs all brand and loyalty marketing initiatives, projects and collateral production to ensure that revenue objectives are achieved, and opportunities are maximized.
- Develops brand and loyalty marketing campaigns & activations that ensure on-brand messaging and on-strategy content creation.
- Deliver a strategic and integrated plan for HALO openings across the continent as a means of driving positive brand perception and portfolio affiliation as well as incremental revenue for the property.
- Annual planning and budget allocation.
