**Job Summary**:
Responsible for implementing strategies that team members use to achieve a goal, delegating tasks based on each member's strengths and skills and offering the training necessary to complete certain tasks.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:
- Create development plans for cell leaders growing their share competences level.
- Create action plans to promote an environment where the best people come to do their best work (Engagement)
- Administrates and ensures operation and production plan to achive key indicators from the area.
**Education (minimum education required)**:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Metal Fabrication/Welding
**Skills and Minimum Experience Required**:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Production Coordinator or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the metal-mechanic industry (pressing, welding, cutting, etc.).
- Availability for rotating shifts (day and night shifts).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to read and analyze data and charts.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
- Identify development opportunities for the team.
- Manage training and action plans.
- Work with emotional intelligence.
- Delegate and monitor tasks.
- Ensure compliance with the production plan.
- Service-oriented attitude.
