This role fosters a culture of trust and continuous feedback by recognizing and interpreting team members’ behaviors and emotions, while promoting a positive and engaging work environment**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:Design and execute **development plans** for cell leaders, aiming to enhance their core competencies.Promote a culture of **employee engagement**, creating an environment where people are motivated to do their best work.Oversee and ensure compliance with daily **operations and production schedules**, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).Drive **process improvements** using the **BSF Toolkit**, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and service level enhancements.Strategic InfluenceEmotional IntelligenceTalent DevelopmentShared Accountability**Skills and Minimum Experience Required**:**Bachelor’s degree** completed (preferably in Engineering, Business, or related field)**2 to 4 years** of experience in a similar role (e.g., Production Coordinator or Team Leader)**Intermediate English proficiency**Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Office tools**: Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookProven **leadership and communication skills**Experience in coaching and developing high-performance teamsValoramos la diversidad y somos una organización que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.
