Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Act as a key liaison between supply chain, operations, marketing, and business teams to align objectives, foster effective communication, and ensure seamless execution.
- Tackle supply chain challenges with innovative and practical solutions that deliver measurable improvements.
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover patterns, identify opportunities, and drive actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create accurate forecasts that align with business goals and customer demands.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track critical KPIs, including inventory turns, order accuracy, and supplier performance.
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on supply chain optimization, using your communication and organizational skills to keep teams aligned and on track.
- Anticipate and address potential supply chain disruptions by designing and implementing effective contingency plans.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, analysis, or operations, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey ideas and build consensus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on creative and practical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities with a focus on building trust and collaboration.
- Expertise in supply chain planning tools, business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and advanced Excel and SQL skills.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in tools such as Excel (with Macros), Databricks, and Python.
- Experience in data visualization and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau).
