What do you need to come aboard?
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent,
Proven 5+ years working experience in enterprise technical support.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent client-facing skills.
Continuous improvement, Leadership, Quality and Processes abilities.
**English Level**: Intermediate-Advance.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform, services, and AWS.
**Working Operating Systems**: Windows, Windows Server, Linux
Knowledge about SQL DataBase
Ticket Management Support from 1st to 3rd Level
Experience working with Git or Docker as Software Repository
Management of Virtual Machine Tools (VMware)
In-depth knowledge of multiple Linux distributions (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, etc.).
Some knowledge of shell scripting required.
Proactively maintain and develop all Linux infrastructure technology (Install from scratch, upgrades, patches and hot-fixes).
Core system administration tasks such as sizing, managing services, logs, file permissions and ACL.
Experience working with SSL Certificates
Knowledge of ISO 27001 normativity
Virtualization technologies (Vmware & hyper V) is a plus
Experience with Panda 360 or WatchGuard is a plus
ITIL Framework knowledge is a plus
**To Rock This Role, You Should**:
Monitoring and management of cloud backups (Veeam software)
Monitoring and revision of SAN (Storage Area Network) for Virtual Machines
Monitoring, management and maintenance of Linux servers
Ticket Management Support from 1st to 3rd Level vía Atlassian software
Scripting for automation in the cloud (AWS, Azure)
Resources management in AWS and Azure
Maintenance of code repositories (Git / Docker) from the administrator console
Ensuring compliance with ISO 27000 in all corresponding IT processes
