Your New Role
We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional to drive L&D business partnering, learning design, facilitation, and team coaching across our regional operations. This role will focus on understanding business needs, designing impactful learning experiences, and supporting teams in their professional growth.
Your Role Accountabilities
- ** Business Partnering**:
- Collaborate with the L&D Director LATAM and P&C Managers to align and implement the regional L&OD strategy.
- Support the expansion and strengthening of L&OD initiatives across key locations in the region.
- Build strong relationships with regional leadership and global P&C teams to understand and address development needs.
- Promote global L&D offerings and guide employees on professional development opportunities through strategic communication
- ** OD, Change, Project Management & Delivery**:
- Support the implementation of change initiatives in collaboration with global and regional stakeholders.
- Facilitate team development sessions to enhance collaboration and performance.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to adapt and implement tailored learning programs in alignment with regional and global L&D strategies.
- Develop engaging and inclusive learning materials, leveraging blended learning techniques.
- ** Talent Management & Employee Engagement**
- Partner closely with P&C Partners on creating innovative development opportunities for Top Talents
- ** Other Operational Responsibilities**:
- Build & Execute a custom marketing and communication strategy for Mexico office
- Evaluate program success and prepare reports on attendance, feedback, and impact. You will be expected to create custom dashboards & present quarterly impact analysis to local and regional business leaders.
- Manage logistics for scheduling, registration, and tracking attendance for global programs in close partnership with our L&D specialist
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience in managing people and leading large scale transformation in a corporate learning environment
- Strong data driven mindset and comfortable engaging with senior leaders
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both virtually and in-person.
- Certification in DiSC, Insights, or another psychometric tool is an advantage.
- Coaching accreditation is preferred, Team coaching skills would be an advantage
- Project management skills with experience in managing a portfolio of learning projects.
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and lead multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence effectively across different business teams and global locations.
- Adaptable and flexible to meet changing business needs.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to work.
- Passionate about embedding a DEI lens in all activities.
