- Are you a talented _recruiting professional looking for an opportunity to showcase your skills in a globally recognized and highly successful organization?_ We have a new opportunity for a **Senior Recruiter** supporting Technology to serve as a trusted partner for Hudson RPO Americas. This is an on-site position located in Mexico City.

**How you’ll shape the future of talent**:

- Work closely with hiring managers, and key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
- Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising leaders and the team on market insights, trends, and competitor movements
- Own the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle
- Ensure accurate metrics for reporting that provides visibility of recruitment activities and results
- Promote DE&I initiatives through ongoing networking, process improvement, and education

**You’ll be someone who can bring**:

- High School diploma or equivalent education required
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant recruitment and/or HR experience, including full cycle recruiting experience working closely with hiring managers filling time sensitive roles in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry preferred
- Process improvement driven, to develop and strengthen recruiting efforts
- Technical proficiency, including experience with an ATS
- Proficiency in English, within a business setting
- Experience supporting hiring both in Mexico or Latin America, as well as in the United States and/or Canada
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience within Hudson RPO core industries is preferred
- Knowledge of the RPO model preferred
