AST specializes in sourcing, importing, and distributing steel products to the North, and Latim American Markets.- Who are we looking for: _A motivated and self-driven individual who has significant communication skills, to act as **Junior Sales Associate of Steel Slag, Cement ** to increase our sales. Here, you're encouraged to bring your best ideas and act on them. You have the freedom, trust and support to experiment and solve complex challenges.**Tasks and responsabilities**:- Prospecting customers’ inquiries;- Responsible for growing the sales of **STEEL SLAG, CEMENT, PIG IRON;**- To be engaged in a high-level of customer service through delivering quotation responses, handling customer complaints;- Developing and sustaining effective customer relationships to assure a competitive position in the marketplace;- Prospecting new clients in Latin American territory;- Maintaining CRM;- Strengthening relationship with major customers.**Qualifications**:- Minimum 2+ year of sales experience related to the field- Ability to develop a long-term relationship with customers, vendors and teammates- Excellent ability to speak and write in English and Spanish- Excellent communication, negotiation and strong confidence in speaking to audiences- Highly motivated with strong passion to succeed- Ability to communicate with people at all levels, both written and spoken- A proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM- Ability to effectively use time management skillsPay: From $12,000.00 per month**Experience**:- sales (preferably cement/steel): 2 years (required)**Language**:- fluent english (required)- fluent spanish (required)
