This position partner with business units to achieve success in market access. Responsible of designing and implementing the access plan for the assigned institutions for inclusion, protection, expansion and finding new business.
Support Market Access Director in defining access plans and strategies. Optimize product value and patient access strategies in both government and private sector
**Secondary** Language(s) Job Description**:
Designs, executes & implement access strategies to guarantee inclusion of our company products in the Government National Formulary by demonstrating our value proposals for each institution from public sector (including IMSS, ISSSTE, Seguro Popular, PEMEX, SEDENA,SEMAR and decentralized institutions).
Fosters collaboration across BU’s & Government KAM’s & region, to guarantee fulfilled of annual current established contracts in public sector as well as prepare future negotiations to obtain best budgets allocation in both federal and state level.
Focus on the assigned BU key brands: Act as the point of contact between the BUD, Product Manager to guarantee alignment of local Market Access strategies with the local brands priorities and the global/regional Market Access guidelines, design the BU Market Access strategy and feed it in the integrated Brand Plans.
Defines the Market Access budget, formalize it with the BU, oversees for its proper execution and ensure targets are secured and met.
Lead cross-functional work to drive the institutional market segmentation approach and to define the strategic options; customize the value proposition; break down value communication strategies based on the institutional archetypes.
Lead and guarantee Market Access preparation and execution in the Launch & Readiness plans. Provide training to the field force about the institutional segmentation approach, the value communication proposition and communication strategy applicable to the institutional archetypes.
Manage access strategy implementation and be accountable for the pricing and reimbursement outcomes in the prioritized institutions.
Lead, with support of the BUD’s & Product Managers, medical, cross-functional actions from all areas of the organization and coordinate, with support of the Market Access Director, actions involving other Market Access functions in the local, regional and global level (as required).
Create value and trust - based relationships with key stakeholders in the main institutions and support other functions to communicate a comprehensive value message articulating clinical, societal, economical and commercial perspectives aligned with our company compliance mandates.
Provide timely feedback to the Market Access regional and global (as required) functions regarding pipeline products value perception, tools under development, key performance indicators, local plans and state of execution, support needs, special projects, etc.
Participate in the evaluation of the Market Access propositions that share accountability for the pricing and reimbursement outcome (Advocacy, Health Economics & Outcomes Research, Pricing, Key Account Managers and Account Managers.
Leverage relationships with medical areas of key clients and/or customers to support business needs
Provides clear strategic and operational guidance relative to payer related issues that impacts product access and reimbursement
Provides the company with a clear, comprehensive and well-structured view of the different markets and their access in the right direction to assist in all stages of development in government and private access including: product positioning, patient forecasting, strategies Prices, phase III / IV projects, product life cycle management.
