Jr Engineering Assistant

**Shift: Monday to Thursday**
**Monday-Wednesday**: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. + **Thursday**: 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
**Main Function**:
Support process improvement and the documentation and implementation of engineering changes under supervision.
**Responsibilities**:
**Data entry and management in the ERP system**, including creation of part numbers, bill of materials (BOMs), routings, and work instructions.
**Implementation and training of personnel** on manufacturing procedures and best practices.
**Documentation and management of engineering changes.**
Preparation of **work instructions, procedures, and visual aids** to support production processes.
**Validation of processes and products**, including raw materials, components, and finished goods.
**Requirements**:
- **Bachelor’s degree completed**:
- **1 year of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing Industry**:
- **Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)**:
- **Familiar with standard office equipment** such as copiers and scanners
- **Fluent in English**, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- **Solid foundation in mathematics and analytical thinking**:
- **Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision**
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
