**El equipo del que formarás parte**:
**El equipo de Gestión de materiales es responsable de las auditorías de inventario y de mantener el inventario en níveles óptimos. Desarrolla procedimientos para mejorar la eficacia de los programas de control de inventario. Coordina con los departamentos relevantes para programar, auditar y conciliar inventarios físicos periódicos. Supervisa los envíos entrantes de mercancías para garantizar que el inventario sea preciso, actualizado y proporcionado de acuerdo con los cronogramas.**

**Administrar y coordinar los recursos humanos, materiales, técnicos (maquinaria) y financieros para asegurar el correcto surtido de los materiales..**
**Principales responsabilidades**:
- ** Desarrollar procesos de Surtido de materiales Seguros, Eficientes y que cumplan con las Normativas OSHAS**
- ** Estrategias para Mejorar los principales KPI's del Área: Seguridad, Inventario, AY, Tiempo Muerto, Rotación, y Ausentismo**
- ** Elevar el nível de Presentación de Partes y Entregas en Golden Zone**
- ** Detectar y Eliminar usos erróneos y desperdicios de Materiales**
- ** Lograr un Flujo Adecuado de Rutas y Partes, de Almacén a Línea y Retornos. Así También una eficiente salida de Scrap**
- ** Implementación y desarrollo de nuevos Procesos de Surtimiento y Mejoras en Empaques**
- ** Coordinar el manejo de materiales y cumplimiento de piloto para nuevos modelos**
- ** Liderar a los Supervisores en el Día a Día y apoyarlos en Toma de decisiones ante problemas que Involucren Desabasto de Material**
- ** Liderar y Promover entre sus Supervisores el uso de la Metodología Kaizen, orientados hacia la Mejora de los KPIs**
- ** Mantener un Eficiente y Controlado nível de Headcount, así como la Optimización de Costos del Área**
**Minimos requisitos**:
**Carrera terminada / Ingenierioa Afin**
**Nível de ingles Avanzado Mandatorio**
**Materials Management & People Leader**
**MRP & BOM expertise**
**Habilidades y experiência**:
**Conocimiento de SAP en modulos opperativos**
**Leadership Certifications**
**Kaizen, Lean Sigma or WCM experience**
