**Position Description**:
**R&D - Engineering Systems Programming Intern**

**Educational Prerequisites**:
Bachelor of science degree in software engineering, programming engineering, computer science, mechatronic engineering or related.

Advanced English - TOEFL min. Score of ITP 585 / iBT 84, CEFR level B2-C1 (or equivalent)

**Technical Prerequisites**:
Experience in management/licensing of CAE software.

Scientific programing knowledge in Python, C++, Fortran, Mathematica, Orange, or related software.

Experience or knowledge of technical documentation software such as Team Center, Windchill or related.

Experience or Knowledge creating core apps by Visual Basic or Python.

Experience or Knowledge of GUI creation.

**Responsibilities**:
Support internal R&D department with software and engineering systems issues.

Support software engineers to Manage and create databases of Schaeffler´s products/processes.

Support software engineers to Create statistical reports of Schaeffler´s databases.

Constantly monitors the technical documentation; release process, change and updates.
