**Descripción y Requisitos**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop strategic, forward thinking global category plans with multi-year value generating sourcing initiatives to enable the business success and one experience.
- Bring external insights, innovative ideas, methods and strategies that leverage procurement best practices on both internal conditions and plans as well as industry trends.
- Develop a category review cycle to refresh strategy and ensure alignment with business partners on a regular basis in alignment with future vision “Where we want to go and how do we get there.”

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**:

- BS in business, engineering, supply chain management, or technical oriented field required.
- 5+ years of proven experience with increased responsibility and complexity in Purchasing, Sourcing, Planning, Supply Chain, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems - SAP preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- English level advanced.
