**Descripción y Requisitos**

**Requirements**:

- Experience in SAP including S/4 HANA is preferred
- Fii is planning to migrate to SAP S/4 HANA in the near future
- Key aspects within planning - production planning and manufacturing scheduling - focusing on ensuring maximum optimization of available material aligned to customer driven allocation and utilization of fulfilment operations.
- Fii provides flexibility to support customer optimization criteria from Priority, FIFO (First in First Out), customer requested dates (CRD) and prior commit logic, as well as revenue optimization - dependent on current business and market conditions.
- Ability to collaborate with senior executives and technical specialists, both internally and with customers, being able to present strong data driven discussions and ensuring engagement, acceptance and support.
- The role will require in-depth knowledge of current concepts in production planning, aimed at optimization of available materials in a very dynamic environment - driven to support our customers changing needs in a fast and evolving industry.
- Bring current/future technology insights, innovative ideas, methods and strategies that will enable development of leading planning trends/practices.
- Ensure Fii is positioned correctly and enabled to make use of industry developments e.g. leverage adoption of standard S/4 Hana SAP functionality vs customized solutions
- Maintain the roadmap and associated review processes, with full engagement with internal /external business partners - ensure the path is aligned with our overall business and customer priorities.
- Ability to work across conflicting requirements, providing data driven solutions, based on analytical analysis and strong business and IT processes working in unison.
- Ensure alignment of processes within planning with procurement, order management, material supply, logistics and factory execution teams to ensure the full E2E benefits are realized from our investment and developments.
- Requirement to manage multiple workstreams in parallel - ensuing both the details and critical items are covered - providing concise communications to ensure leadership are informed and gaining support when necessary.
- Success will be demonstrated by the transformation of both the business and IT processes, clearly showing the “One Experience” and acknowledgement of this working from both our customers and internal teams with respect to an integrated planning process.
- Requirement to have good interpersonal skills, to ensure engagement/relationship management from Executive to Functional Experts level that is delivered effectively and as such strong verbal, written and presentation skills are a requirement for the role.
- While the results are critical, the role also requires the development of Executive business relationships both internally and with customers, to make sure our message on Fii capabilities is understood and by listening to customer requirements and consolidating into our roadmap as necessary

**Qualifications**:

- BS in business, engineering, supply chain management, or technical oriented field required.
- 5+ years of proven experience with increased responsibility and complexity in Planning, Supply Chain.
- Experience with ERP systems - SAP advanced.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- English level advanced.
