Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires:
**Project Manager CRM**
- The TPM coordinates with the team of Engineers thru the project life cycle to help Design, Build
- The Project manager provides oversight of task delivery for various components of infrastructure service solutions / delivery including network connectivity, midrange server build, virtual server build, storage, performance / capacity planning, and monitoring of infrastructure health.
- The TPM will coordinate with key delivery teams responsible for Test Environments Management, Production Release Management, Performance testing and Capacity Management plus other teams to deliver Pre-Prod and Production infrastructure in the environments.
- Leads and provides direction and guidance for a wide array of activities associated with project planning and management to ensure that all assigned projects are completed on time, within budget and to client specifications. This includes leading client-facing meetings with technical lead support.
- Manages and oversees the end-to-end project management activities for assigned projects including but not limited to project status reporting (including financial KPIs), project planning, issue / risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, client and contractor management, relationship management and other project documentation preparation for projects of high business complexity (involving multiple systems interfaces that are highly visible to the organization)
- Presents periodic project status presentations to the C-suite and PMO
- Assigns and oversees the daily tasks of the assigned technical personnel while ensuring all consultants are actively working toward established milestones
- Holds regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Provides feedback to the technical team as it aligns to technical challenges to adresss impact to project timeline and be able to accurately relay this information to the client, and involve management when necessary.

**Required Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field and 6 years of experience in Project Management
- Implementation or migration experience with any CRM or ERP projec

**ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL **(Will be evaluated).

**Job type**: Remote.

**Salary**: $105,000 gross.
