🚀 We are looking for a CRM Manager to join Grupo Axo About the role We’re looking for a CRM Manager to lead the customer engagement strategy across fashion & beauty brands. You’ll manage a team, optimize multi-channel journeys, ensure smooth platform operation and drive data-driven growth, retention, and engagement. Key Responsibilities · Lead and coordinate the CRM team, ensuring strategic execution and high-quality deliverables. · Design and optimize retention, customer journeys, and omnichannel campaigns. · Manage CRM operations and marketing automation workflows. · Plan, execute, and optimize customer journeys and campaigns. · Analyze CRM performance & customer behavior. · Collaborate closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Brands, and Analytics. · Improve CRM processes, governance, and data quality standards. · Manage relationships with agencies, tech partners, and external stakeholders. What We’re Looking For · Solid experience in CRM, Customer Engagement, Marketing Automation or Retention. · 1+ year leading teams or managing talent. · Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and commercial sensitivity. · Experience with CRM/CX platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Emarsys, etc.). · Fluent English.
