Nos encontramos en busqueda de IT Project Manager será responsable de garantizar la ejecución exitosa de proyectos de implementación, migración y mejora de SAP, asegurando que se cumplan los plazos, presupuestos y níveles de calidad establecidos. Este rol implica planificar, coordinar y supervisar todas las fases del proyecto, gestionar riesgos, optimizar recursos y mantener una comunicación efectiva con todas las partes interesadas
**Requisitos**:
Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Gestión de Proyectos o áreas afines.
Conocimiento y experiência en metodologías ágiles.
5+ años en gestión de proyectos, programas y portafolios.
3+ años en metodologías de gestión de soluciones (ágil, cascada, híbrida).
Experiência liderando proyectos de implementación o migración de ERP SAP (ECC a S/4HANA, en modalidad Brownfield, Greenfield o Selective Data Transition).
Conocimiento de SAP Activate Methodology y comprensión de módulos clave (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM).
**Deseable**: conocimientos básicos en Basis, Data Migration, Integration y Fiori.
Herramientas de gestión de proyectos (ej. MS Project u otros).
Gestión de riesgos y pruebas integrales.
Experiência en ciberseguridad, nube e infraestructura (deseable).
Experiência en Salud
RESPONSABLIDADES
Selección de metodologías de gestión de proyectos (ágil, cascada, híbrida) según las características de cada iniciativa.
**Planificación integral**: definición de objetivos, alcance, cronogramas, presupuesto y recursos.
**Monitoreo y control**: seguimiento de indicadores de desempeño, control de avances y aplicación de medidas correctivas.
**Gestión de riesgos**: identificación, evaluación y mitigación de riesgos con planes de contingencia.
**Comunicación efectiva**: asegurar flujos claros de información con clientes, equipos internos, proveedores y patrocinadores.
**Gestión del cambio organizacional**: acompañar a usuarios en adopción de nuevas soluciones SAP.
**Aseguramiento de calidad**: supervisar pruebas integrales, procesos de cutover y estabilización post go-live.
Colaboración transversal con áreas de infraestructura, ciberseguridad y nube (AWS, Azure, GCP).
