**Position: Cross-Border Services Specialist**

Nangman Logistics is a leading logistics company specializing in cross-border services, facilitating the efficient movement of goods across international borders. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cross-Border Services Specialist.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customs Compliance**: Ensure compliance with customs regulations and requirements for cross-border shipments. Coordinate with customs officials, brokers, and clients to ensure proper documentation and smooth clearance of goods.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Prepare and review shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations. Maintain accurate records of cross-border transactions and update internal databases.
- **Cross-Border Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate and manage cross-border shipments, including transportation, freight forwarding, and delivery processes. Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods across borders.
- **Risk Assessment and Mitigation**:Identify potential risks and challenges in cross-border operations, such as trade compliance issues, delays, or disruptions. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure smooth cross-border operations.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships. Keep clients informed about the status of their cross-border shipments and provide timely updates.
- **Compliance with Regulations**: Stay updated on cross-border trade regulations, customs laws, and international trade agreements. Ensure adherence to legal requirements and provide guidance to internal teams and clients on compliance matters.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in cross-border operations. Propose and implement enhancements to streamline workflows and optimize service quality.
- **Horarios**:

- Dias Laborales: Lunes a Viernes: 7:00-17:00 / 15:00 - 24:00
- Fin de semana (por turnos): Sabado: 8:00-15:00 o 14:00-20:00 / Domingo: 8:00-15:00

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, international business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Solid understanding of cross-border logistics processes, customs regulations, and international trade practices.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, customs clearance systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
