Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Compliance Specialist located in Guadalajara, South Campus.

Reporting to the Corporate Quality Director, Quality Compliance Specialist role involves being responsible for Corporate Regulatory and Quality Management Systems Processes. Supports the Corporate Quality department to conform and comply with regulations, internal policies, directives and procedures in order to achieve and exceed the quality objectives expected by the customer and the organization. Collaborates with Site’s Representatives to deploy regulations, internal policies, directives, procedures and processes established by the Corporate Quality department.

What a typical day looks like:

- Support the Sites’ Quality Compliance Team to assure the conformance of all Corporate Regulatory and Quality Management Systems requirements.
- Maintain effective communications channels with all Sites’ Representatives to ensure they are always informed of relevant Regulatory and Quality Management Systems requirements and changes.
- Perform internal reviews for Quality Compliance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Verify compliance and conformance to all Regulatory and Quality Management Systems requirements, including both Customer and Flex mandated.
- Provide support and coordination for all activities required to maintain the Quality Management Systems certifications worldwide.
- Engage in External Audit Processes (Customers', Regulatory, Government Agencies, etc.)
- Verify the proper implementation and effectiveness of the applicable Regulations, Standards, Directives, Policies, and Level 1 Procedures within the Organization.
- Provide support to any area that requires help to implement Regulatory and Quality Management Systems requirements into their processes.
- Develop Training Programs and execute the formation of Regulatory and Quality Management Systems skilled employees that help support the Organization.
- Develop and maintain diverse reporting tools to provide information to Senior Management regarding relevant Regulatory and Quality Management Systems topics.
- Follow up on internal and external corrective actions to ensure timely implementation and validate their effectiveness.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent English.
- Experienced in corrective actions and preventive actions.
- Ability to interact positively and professionally with internal and external customers.
- Ability to work autonomously, effectively manage time and deliver results on time.
- Requires proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
- Excellent presentation skills, both written and in platform presentation format.
- Experience in a QA function or Management system is also a plus.
- Experience implementing and maintaining quality systems is also a plus.
- Ability to write reports, conduct internal audits and support with external quality system audits is also a plus.
- Understanding and comprehension of ISO is also a plus.
