General Statement of Job:
The HR Generalist is responsible for driving people management practices and payroll governance, aligning HR processes with business objectives. The role requires a balance between strategic thinking and operational execution to support workforce effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

Essential Job Functions:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding, in compliance with Mexican labor standards
- Oversee the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate calculation and compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, and timely payment of all labor obligations including aguinaldo and PTU (profit sharing)
- Ensure accurate and compliant payroll and benefits administration, including internal controls, timely reporting to tax authorities, and alignment with legal and market standards
- Advise staff and leadership on payroll and benefits and monitor trends to support competitiveness and legal compliance
- Act as the main HR contact for staff and management, offering guidance on internal policies, labor laws (LFT, NOMs) and handling disciplinary actions, investigations and terminations
- Perform other job-related duties as needed, in support of a flexible and responsive HR Generalist function

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience in Mexico, preferably in operational

environments or services sector
- Knowledge of Mexican labor law (LFT), payroll compliance, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, and related

regulatory bodies
- Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service
- Bilingual, with English fluency (verbal and written)
