**Job Description**:
JOB SCOPE:
Team member of Global Distribution team, this position is responsible for working with our DOF (Direct Order Fulfillment) partners, Scheduling, Logistics and Customer Operations to proactively execute the shipping plan. Successful accomplishment of the duties will be measured by on-time customer order fulfillment, order cycle time, inventory accuracy as well as operational efficiencies implemented throughout the distribution operations. This will be achieved by developing the proper strategies to effectively manage the warehouse activities, such as, scheduling, picking, packing, shipping and inventory cycle counts.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Daily management of Direct Order Fulfillment (DOF) warehouse.
- Establish processes to manage f inventory in WH (either goods or indirect items such as over packing).
- Ensure the timeliness of shipping plan.
- Manage resources to accomplish the plan adequately.
- Work with partner to secure resources for daily operations.
- Monitor and suggest changes to workforce allocation to mitigate bottlenecks and maintain efficiency levels.
- Analyze capacity trends and proactively suggest changes to the plan to support peaks and seasonality of the business.
- Escalate DOF issues and engage the Global Commodity team as needed.
- Provide timely feedback to partners to prevent and/or address impact of order fulfillment metrics.
- Lead First in First out of orders in the DOF (Direct Order Fulfillment).
- Coordinate with our partner the rolling weekly orders drive and ship plan.
- Communicates effectively with Scheduling and Fulfillment teams on delivery commitments, issues affecting orders or schedule changes.
- Participates in cross functional production & supplier meetings to ensure on time delivery shipments
- Works with suppliers to ensure system data integrity of DOF related activities
- Performs “what if” analysis and rough-cut capacity planning for potential opportunities to establish projected shipment dates.
- Proactively engages with IT in system issues impacting shipping plan and DOF commitments.
- Work closely with Logistics organization to ensure proper transfer of orders from warehouse to transportation.
- Support system migrations and testing required to maintain warehouse control and efficiencies.
- Manage Receiving process by ensuring adequate communication with Logistics and DOF for inbound material on a timely manner.

**Required Skills**:

- 6-8 years of warehouse management, operations, order fulfillment and inventory control.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with proven ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization (both internally and externally).
- End-to-end warehouse process knowledge.
- Direct Order Fulfillment (DOF) knowledge.
- Understanding of MRP systems, preferable Oracle under warehouse environment.
- Proven ability to achieve results through Lean Manufacturing resources.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, to communicate efficiently with management and partners around the world.
- Analytical and process oriented to drive improvements of daily operations.
- Team oriented, Self-Starter, organized and attentive of details.
- Capability to prioritize multiple tasks, communicate progress and issues to management.
- Ability to remain positive and mainly focused under pressure and drive for continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to work in different time zone to engage with Global peers and stakeholders.
- Bilingual English and Spanish language required.
