Elife is a Startup developing innovative technology in the passenger transport industry, providing any type of ground transportation worldwide, including Group/event transportation, NEMT transportation, senior and disability transportation, pet relocation, bilingual driver for non-English speak clients.

**Position: Director of Operations**
**Responsibilities**:
- The Director of Operations is responsible the strategic vision and leadership to ensure the delivery of annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly business plans.
- Control the daily operation of our transportation contract, in compliance with the policies of the contracting agency and in conformance with company procedures.
- Develop an operational plan and budget that drives attainment of the Company’s financial and strategic goals
- Establish metrics and conducts analysis to understand and manage performance levels against operational key performance indicators (KPI’s) and company expectations.
- Provide leadership oversight on all operations, safety, systems, quality review and technology
- Develop, implement and maintain standard operational procedures (SOP’s) to ensure safety, security, service excellence and operational integrity and compliance standards are met
- Manage continuous improvement processes and initiatives
- Develop, train and motivate a team to reach business unit goals
- Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution
- Ensure employees and managers are trained and operationally effective, makes hiring decisions, manage performance reviews, provide coaching/mentoring to employees to resolve conflicts and communication problems and proactively promote and support cross team collaboration
- Responsible for ensuring all compliance and quality programs and initiatives are current and fully understood by employees and the management team
- Responsible for reviewing and analyzing route optimization planning and execution to ensure site and company profitability
- Responsible for remaining current on operational, industry, and competitor trends to ensure the business remains competitive and meets and exceeds its financial and customer objectives
- Works with B2B sales teams to help set and meet daily, monthly and quarterly goals
- Plays a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing change control processes
- Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, removes barriers, resolves issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders and escalate to appropriate level when required
**Qualifications**
- At least 3 years of Director of operation experience ( regional latam experience preferably)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in management OTA, Travel, Tourism, Transportation, SAAS or logistic industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and planning ability
- Strong problem solving, decision making, planning, analytical and project management skills.
- Must have the ability to prioritize workload and manage time remotely.
- Identifies opportunities to increase accuracy and optimize resources and develops/recommends/implements solutions.
- Effective organization and leadership skills
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach and influence employees.
- Professional in Microsoft excel, word
- Experience in architecting and managing Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho as well as reporting, analytics, and development tools.
- Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills to deal effectively with individuals and groups within and outside the organization
- Must have the ability to work in a fast paced/high volume sales environment
- Recruiting/B2B Sales leadership experience

- Bachelor's (preferred)
