**Product Sr Specialist** **Role Porpuse**: Design and implementation of strategies, business model and global projects focused on increasing the profitability of BBU's portfolio as well as supporting the line of business in meeting objectives. **Principal Activities**: - Design and implementation of strategies aimed at increasing the profitability of the portfolio. - Administration and monitoring of the implementation of the implemented strategies. - Planning, implementation and monitoring of global projects. - Correct administration of projects guaranteeing delivery on time - Development and implementation of new products - Improve or increase the linkage of the segment - Standardize and streamline the management of the sales team to increase risk-free income and portfolio profitability. - Fulfillment of revenue generation goals and spending efficiency of the segment - Promote the use of portfolio management, analysis and monitoring tools. - Manage and develop the client portfolio of the segment according to established strategies. - Manage the client portfolio in all its commercial and financial requirements. - Capture new customers using various tools, techniques, business practices. - Analyze the financial and commercial information of current and potential clients. - Achieve recurring annual goals for credit placement, treasury products and new clients. - Monitor the income of current acquirer businesses and develop profitability strategies. - Strategies to increase the deposit margin in the portfolios. - Synergy tool management for collaboration between segments - Strategy design and monitoring of HSBCnet and Mobile digital channels.
