**Payroll Analyst 1**

**Education:

- **Minimum Requirements: 1. Minimum Education High School, preferably: technical or truncated career, as long as you have experience of at least 2 years in the Payroll area. 2. If you have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field. It is desirable that you have a Bachelor's degree and at the same time experience.
**Experience**:* Minimum Requirements: It is desirable that you have at least 1 year in the Payroll area.

**Knowledge: P**ayroll system management: preferably Link, but it is not essential that it be in this system, it can be someone else, as long as it is a Payroll system.
Intermediate excel. Desable at least Basic English, but it is not essential.
**Minimum knowledge**: 1) in Social Security, Infonavit, Income Tax Law, Federal Labor Law. ** The more knowledge is more desirable.

**Skills / Competencies**:Analytical Capacity, Responsible, focused on results, Initiative, proactive, stable.

**Responsibilities / Activities**:

- Pre-payroll preparation
- Review and reconciliation of hours and employees before payroll.
- Support in the control of Fonacot
- Support in the control of alimony
- Support in preparing checks
- Preparation and control of payment to payroll providers
- Review of employee incidents
- Support for clarification of doubts to employees
- Among other functions
- Control of payroll and disability stamps and their follow-up.
