Leads matter only if they are answered quickly and handled correctly. This role is critical to helping our clients win more jobs.

**The Role**

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to handle inbound phone calls and lead follow up for our clients.

You will answer calls from ads speak with potential customers qualify them and move them through the CRM pipeline. Your goal is to help leads book appointments and ensure no opportunity is missed.

This is a client facing role and requires clear confident English communication.

This role starts remote. Our goal is to transition into a Guadalajara office once secured.

**What You Will Do**

Answer inbound phone calls from marketing campaigns

Speak with leads professionally and confidently in English

Ask qualifying questions based on client criteria

Move leads into the correct CRM pipelines and stages

Book appointments or transfer qualified leads when required

Update CRM notes accurately after every interaction

Ensure fast response times and clean pipeline management

**What You Bring**

Clear fluent English with neutral accent

Comfort speaking on the phone for extended periods

Experience using a CRM such as GoHighLevel HubSpot or similar

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural

Reliable internet and quiet work environment

Customer service or call center experience is a plus

**Work Schedule**

Full time

US business hours

Remote initially

Future in office work in Guadalajara once office is established

**Compensation**

Competitive monthly salary

Performance bonuses based on bookings and lead quality

Growth opportunities into senior VA or call team lead roles
