**Job Title: Test Engineer Junior**

**Location: Guadalajara, Mexico**

**Job Type**:C2H**
- Develop test plan(s), test cases, test strategies
- Experience with Regression Testing, Performance Testing, Smoke Testing, End-to-end Testing
- Ability to write step by step instructions on how to re-produce issues
- Experience developing test data
- Develop release documentation
- Develop and execute SQL queries against SQL Server
- Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- Manage product backlog items from test perspective
- Develop software build/deployment server
- Experience with Virtual Environments (e.g. virtual machines, Microsoft Hyper-V)
- Experience with Agile Development
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.
- Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.
- Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
- Works on problems of standard complex scope.
- Root cause analysis of factory stop ship issues
- High Level of Teamworking
- Participates as a member of project team of other software systems engineers and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high-quality solutions for assigned systems portion or subsystem.
- Collaborates and communicates with internal and outsourced development partners regarding software systems design status, project progress, and issue resolution.
- Excellent communication, strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate design proposals and negotiate options.
- Bilingual (English) High level in English and local language.
