Flex, a Fortune global 500 company, is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and cultivate a workplace culture of belonging that views uniqueness as a competitive edge and builds a community that enables our people to push the limits of innovation to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Test Engineer located in Guadalajara, North CampusReporting to the Test Engineering Manager the Test Engineer role involves responsible for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipmentWhat a typical day looks like:- Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing.- Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, and record test data.- Develops and/or modifies test programs using various languages (Python).- Develops instrument drivers.- Develops and/or supports diagnostic tests at the card edge level.- Designs and supports functional test hardware, computer platforms and interfaces.- Develops test plans and procedures.- Coordinates 3rd party development of functional test development, enhancements, test fixtures.- Develops quotations for functional test hardware and software.- Analyzes and interprets software or system level diagnostic failure (software and hardware).- Develops and/or modifies software or system level plans and tests.- Develops and/or supports quality comprehensive test programs.- Develops quotes for test development and enhancements.- Performs test ability analysis (DFT).The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Bachelor´s Degree in Electronics, mechatronics or related.- Experience as a Test Engineer in the electronics manufacturing industry- Strong experience in NPI- Fluent English- Strong knowledge in Python Language- Experience in operating systems / Ubuntu- API´s platform experience- OpenTest experience- Advanced Excel- Staff Administration- Schedule availability- Harness assembly experience is an also plus.- Knowledge of programming languages is an also plus.- Develops and/or modifies test programs using various languages (i.e. Python, Lab View, Perl etc.).What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary- Life & Medical insurance- Christmas Bonus- Food Coupons- Saving Fund.- Life InsuranceAU51Job CategoryProduction Engineering**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
