**Cover Desk** celebrates seven years in the industry of helping virtual assistants’ pair with independent insurance agencies to help them grow, thrive, and support their agency. We offer insurance agencies access to highly educated and talented virtual assistants in Monterrey, Mexico.

**JOB SCOPE**:
As an ambassador to **Cover Desk Mexico**, you will represent and support a US-based insurance agency to serve as their **Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Virtual Assistant,** but are required to be based out of **Monterrey, N.L**. You will support the agency to provide insurance customer service and back-office assistance which may include bilingual phone support in both English and Spanish.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- College degree and/or 3 years of work experience; preferably in a BPO and/or customer service or insurance environment
- Demonstrate the ability to receive inbound bilingual telephone calls from insurance customers that require basic customer service assistance
- _Ability to potentially transfer select inbound telephone calls to internal licensed employees to further assist the customer_
- _Spirited to work as a team-player and will directly report to leadership in the United States_
- _Must be outgoing, enthusiastic, friendly, and sociable with a contagious positive attitude_
- _Must have high-speed home internet with a minimum of 20 mbps_
- _Must have a quiet and private dedicated workspace to efficiently work from home_
- Must live in the Monterrey, N.L. area

**Cover Desk Mexico** is looking for extraordinary, talented Bilingual Customer Service Representatives who are interested in using the power of their voice to help US-based insurance customers.

**WHAT WE WILL OFFER YOU: -**
- Full-Time employee with competitive compensation between $17,350 - 17,860 MXN which includes attendance and compliance bonus eligibility (before taxes)

- or four-week training at starting wage
- Set schedule Monday - Friday supporting US business hours, fixed day shift with Saturday and Sunday rest day

Pay: $17,360.00 - $17,860.00 per month
