Luxury real estate developer are looking for an Accounting Intern:
**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in university; preferably in the final year.
- Ability to work independently and as an effective team member.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify data patterns and outliers.
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of business and industry.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Skilled in Excel and Word.

Duties and Main Responsibilities:

- Assist accounting team with all necessary administrative tasks.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Movements before SUA, IMSS and SIPARE.
- Invoice expenses and per diems through various portals.
- Review and manage fixed assets.
- Register employees in payroll system.
- Organize and maintain general filing.
