We want to create an environment where everyone has the opportunity to contribute to our collective success. **What You'll Do**: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Guest Experience Curator who is passionate about creating bespoke experiences for our guests while putting together an itinerary of unique, environment, is highly organized, demonstrates strong attention to detail all while being able to manage multiple guest requests at the same time. The role is to be able to intuitively know what our guests should need and be able to deliver on any requests, big or small, to ensure the guests feel that all of their pre-holiday needs are being fulfilled. This role involves a combination of hospitality, customer service, and attention to detail, all tailored to meet the high standards and expectations of luxury travelers. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining strong relationships with guests and partners, and helping to bridge the guest journey between villas sales and local host teams. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: - Customized Itineraries: The specialist could curate a personalized itinerary based on the guest's interests and preferences. This could include recommendations for exclusive local activities, restaurants, and events that are not widely known, ensuring the guest experiences the destination in a unique way. - Personalized Guest Interactions: The Guest Experience Curator acts as the main point of contact for guests, actively engaging with them before their stay. They anticipate the guest needs and preferences, tailoring their interactions to provide a bespoke experience. - Pre-Arrival Guest Interactions: Prior to the guests’ arrival, the Guest Experience Curator communicates and confirms all arrangements, including dietary preferences, special occasions, and any other specific requests. They ensure that the villa is prepared to meet the guests’ expectations. - Concierge Services: In preparation for their stay, the Guest Experience Curator acts as the dedicated concierge, offering recommendations and making reservations for dining, entertainment, excursions and any other activities that the guests might desire. - Problem Resolution: In the event of any issues or concerns, the Guest Experience Curator acts swifty to resolve them, ensuring that the guest’s experience remains exceptional. This might involve liaising with various departments or services provided to ensure a timely and satisfactory resolution. - Surprise & Delight: The Guest Experience Curator goes above and beyond to create memorable moments for guests, surprising them with thoughtful gestures that enhance their experience. This could include arranging special celebrations, arranging unique in-villa services or providing recommendations to unique experiences. - Post-Departure Engagement: After the guests’ departure, the Guest Experience Curator maintains contact to gather feedback, express gratitude, and ensure that any loose ends are tied up. This continuous engagement helps in building lasting relationships and encourages return visits. - Collaboration: The Guest Experience Curator collaborates closely with the Villa Management, Sales and Local Host teams to ensure that guest expectations are consistently met or exceeded. **What You'll Bring**: - Hospitality Expertise: A strong background in luxury hospitality, with a deep understanding of providing personalized experiences and exceeding guest expectations. - Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are vital for building rapport, understanding guest preferences, and conveying information effectively. - Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail ensures that no aspect of the guest experience is overlooked. - Problem-Solving: The ability to think on one's feet and find solutions to unexpected challenges is crucial for maintaining a seamless guest experience. - Cultural Sensitivity: Dealing with a diverse range of guests requires cultural awareness and sensitivity. - Resourcefulness: Being resourceful allows the specialist to fulfill unique requests and create innovative solutions. - Multilingual Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory, Spanish is considered important.
