We want to create an environment where everyonehas the opportunity to contribute to our collective success.**What You'll Do**:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Guest Experience Curator who is passionateabout creating bespoke experiences for our guests while putting together an itinerary of unique,environment, is highly organized, demonstrates strong attention to detail all while being able tomanage multiple guest requests at the same time. The role is to be able to intuitively know what ourguests should need and be able to deliver on any requests, big or small, to ensure the guests feelthat all of their pre-holiday needs are being fulfilled. This role involves a combination of hospitality,customer service, and attention to detail, all tailored to meet the high standards and expectations ofluxury travelers.Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining strong relationships withguests and partners, and helping to bridge the guest journey between villas sales and local hostteams. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:- Customized Itineraries: The specialist could curate a personalized itinerary based onthe guest's interests and preferences. This could include recommendations for exclusivelocal activities, restaurants, and events that are not widely known, ensuring the guestexperiences the destination in a unique way.- Personalized Guest Interactions: The Guest Experience Curator acts as the main pointof contact for guests, actively engaging with them before their stay. They anticipate theguest needs and preferences, tailoring their interactions to provide a bespoke experience.- Pre-Arrival Guest Interactions: Prior to the guests’ arrival, the Guest ExperienceCurator communicates and confirms all arrangements, including dietary preferences,special occasions, and any other specific requests. They ensure that the villa is preparedto meet the guests’ expectations.- Concierge Services: In preparation for their stay, the Guest Experience Curator acts asthe dedicated concierge, offering recommendations and making reservations for dining,entertainment, excursions and any other activities that the guests might desire.- Problem Resolution: In the event of any issues or concerns, the Guest ExperienceCurator acts swifty to resolve them, ensuring that the guest’s experience remainsexceptional. This might involve liaising with various departments or services provided toensure a timely and satisfactory resolution.- Surprise & Delight: The Guest Experience Curator goes above and beyond to creatememorable moments for guests, surprising them with thoughtful gestures that enhancetheir experience. This could include arranging special celebrations, arranging uniquein-villa services or providing recommendations to unique experiences.- Post-Departure Engagement: After the guests’ departure, the Guest ExperienceCurator maintains contact to gather feedback, express gratitude, and ensure that anyloose ends are tied up.
