Eckert Cabinetry is searching for a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing team In this remote, full-time role, you will be responsible for the financial well-being of our company, ensuring accurate records and timely financial reporting.
*Responsibilities:*
- Bank account reconciliation
- Accounts payable & receivable management
- Processing purchase orders and invoices
- End-month closing procedures
- Cash flow management
- Budget preparation and tracking
- Payroll processing (experience a plus)
*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting (US or Canada preferred)
- Familiarity with accounting software like Zoho Books or QuickBooks Online
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer suitable for remote work
- Ability to participate in online meetings without interruptions
