We’re looking for a **highly technical, detail-oriented Digital, Social Media Marketing & Analytics Specialist** to set up, connect, and optimize the _**backend**_ of our digital marketing ecosystem across multiple brands.

This is **not** a creative or community-management position.
This is for someone who is a **true digital geek** — someone who loves dashboards, data, pixels, tags, and automation tools more than writing posts or picking filters.

If you’re passionate about configuring platforms, implementing tracking systems, analyzing data, and improving digital performance through technology, this role is for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Configure and manage **TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin accounts as well as YouTube Channels**:

- Implement complete tracking using **GA4**, **Google Tag Manager**, **Meta Pixel**, **TikTok Pixel**, **LinkedIn Insight Tag**:

- Connect and manage **business and brand accounts** across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google
- Configure and manage **Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads** with proper conversion tracking and remarketing
- Build and maintain **analytics dashboards** in **Google Looker Studio**:

- Maintain documentation, organize accounts, and ensure strong **platform governance** and **multi-account management**
- Currently studying or recently graduated from a university (fields: Marketing, Engineering, IT, or Data)
- Lives in **Tijuana, Mexicali, Rosarito, or Ensenada**:

- Fully **bilingual (English & Spanish)** - written and spoken
- Hands-on experience with several of the following:

- **Setting up and managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Linkedin, YouTube brand pages**:

- **GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag**:

- **Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads**:

- **Google Looker Studio** (dashboards and analytics)
- Extremely **analytical, organized, and responsible**:

- Enjoys learning new tools, optimizing workflows, and solving technical problems

Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
