VACANTE PRESENCIAL.**We are looking for a **Digital Marketing Specialist**, that will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence, attract leads, and drive customer engagement. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, along with expertise in digital marketing channels.**Responsibilities**:- Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience profiles.- Utilize market research and industry trends to identify opportunities for digital growth.- Collaborate with web developers to implement enhancements and improvements.- Develop and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising and organic content.- Plan and implement digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising.- Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve marketing objectives.- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.- 90% + English Skills, written, spoken, listening.- Knowledge in design software such as: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, etc.- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing innovation.- Detail-oriented and organized in managing multiple digital campaigns.**Salary**: $14,000.00 - $17,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Actualmente ¿resides en Tijuana?**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
