**The Role**

Additionally, this team member needs to be able to interpret financial results, effectively communicate using business narrative, and implement mechanisms for new reporting insights at scale with a goal to make our data more actionable.

Finally, this team member will provide Optimization methodologies, easier measurement and reporting functions to support closing processes and FP&A deliverables..

**Responsibilities**:

- Optimization Management (Saving, Risks, Cost avoidance)

a. Provide Optimization monitoring methodology and performance indicators.

b. Standardize Optimization measurement.

c. Identify and validate Optimization plans proposed by internal stakeholders.

d. Evaluate and support Plant Finance Controller to manage risks.

e. Propose and Implement Optimization project across eGlass Manufacturing Plant.

f. Improve current Optimization database to support Top Management decision making.
- Present ad hoc business analysis and recommendations to senior management.
- Serve as a connection between Manufacturing and FP&A to drive accurate projections.
- Deep understanding of financial results.
- Recommend improvements and provide scoping documents for system enhancements.
- Automate reporting and links through systems, SAP, Power BI.
- Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over reporting and analysis guidelines.

**Requirements / Knowledge**:

- University studies (Finance, Production Engineering or Industrial Engineering)
- Fluent English
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience or knowledge.
- Advance knowledge of excel, strong analytics, structure and well organized, comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting their findings to senior management.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work in a complex and demanding environment. A strong work ethic and high level of integrity are required.
