Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative and responsive growth marketer with experience managing clients In the health, beauty and wellness industries.

As a part-time contractor of our team, this individual will develop innovative growth marketing strategies to achieve client account goals, and grow thier marketing efforts exponentially.

**Requirements**:
5 + years of experience in paid and organic digital advertising or related fields
Demonstrated marketing experience in Beauty, Health and Wellness industry
Knowledge and demonstrated experience of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing

**Responsibilities**:
Execute the creation of growth marketing strategies for eCommerce-, SaaS or tech clientele.
Report on and analyze performance data, confidently recommending appropriate action plans based on data and creative-driven conclusions to hit client KPI's
Familiarize yourself with client products / services and be the expert in leading growth in this industry
Communicate effectively with our team and the clients to hold yourself and each other accountable
Improve upon marketing management processes and innovation of new strategies and techniques
Work closely with the executive team

**Salary**: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
