We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Systems Senior Engineer to join our team and contribute to our success. As a Network Systems Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and configuration issues on our network infrastructure. You will also be involved in day-to-day operation tasks, procurement support, network asset documentation, and performance tuning.

**In your new role you will**:

- Provide **technical support**for network infrastructure, including **L**AN, WLAN, WAN, NAC,**and **Firewall**:

- **Troubleshoot**and resolve incident **tickets**and change requests
- **Coordinate**with **service**providers**for WAN/internet and hardware outages
- Perform preventive **maintenance**and **performance**tuning**on network infrastructure
- **Document**operational **processes**and **procedures**:

- Provide **on-call support**:

- Working in a team with **local**experts**and in a **global**virtual **team**:

- **Participate**in **projects**and new setups like site expansion projects, define and provision network, and coordinate with network architect for design active and passive network infrastructure

**Your Profile**

**You are best equipped for this task if you have**:

- **Bachelor's degree**in Information Technology or related field
- **3-5 years of network experience preferred**:

- **Knowledge**of **Network**and **IT**Standards, **concepts**, and **technology**:

- **CCNA**or **CCNP Certification**will be an advantage
- **Fluent in Spanish and English**, including technical concepts and terminology
