**A Day in the Life**
- Assisting with the development and submission of selected proposals following the standard Allnorth processes
- Work closely with Project Managers and the Project Management Office for successful project execution
- Setup projects in alignment with Allnorth Standard Process and Client Commercial Terms
- Monitor project progress, milestones and flag issues to the Project Manager
- Assist with scope change with the client and the project team
- Effectively develop, maintain and nurture relationships with internal and external clients
- Assist with management of project budget and timelines
- Ensure invoicing complies with Allnorth and client's commercial terms
- Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet the requirements
- Track budgets and update billing plans
- Remain committed to safety standards and practices

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**
- Background in either education or experience in Accounting and Finance;
- Exceptional time and task management skills
- Ability to work independently; a self-starter who is able to recognize and complete tasks required for making projects run more effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (interpersonal and written)
- Proven ability to interact with clients and to collaborate with team members in a multi-discipline environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and quality
- Possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
- Previous experience in project management/coordination in a consulting environment considered an asset

Pay: $15,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hermosillo, Son.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
- Business, Accounting or Finance

**Experience**:

- Project Administrator: 2 years (preferred)
- Accounting & Finance background

**Language**:

- English FLUENTLY, both written and spoken (preferred)

Work Location: In person
