**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Responsibilities include:
This role will be responsible for supporting the development of the J.P. Morgan Asset Management ETF business in LatAm, bringing J.P. Morgan Asset Management global ETF capabilities to local clients (including Pension Funds, Asset Managers, Private Banks, Family Offices, and Insurance Companies).

Collaborate with ETF Capital Markets team, Client Advisors, Investment Specialists, Client Service, ETF Product Development, Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk, Credit, Legal and other teams to optimize product and service delivery.

Use market intelligence and data to elaborate strategic reports of different clients in the region identifying trends and opportunities

Qualifications include:
1-2 years of relevant experience in sales, financial markets, or asset management

Students of Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics or similar Majors

Courses in Financial Modeling, Financial Mathematics, Fixed Income, Equities, ETFs

Fluent in English and Spanish

Advanced knowledge / skills in MS Excel and Databases. Knowledge of Power Point. Python is a plus

Superior multi-tasking; strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Self-motivated; strong initiative, energy and confidence in completing projects with limited supervision

Thorough knowledge and passionate about the ETF Industry
