Activities include, but are not limited to: asset management order processing and placement, hardware and software systems, interface with support organizations, monitoring of processes, data flows and data repositories to ensure assets' data elements are being collected, handled, stored and reported accurately in accordance with vendor licensing terms and conditions; performance of timely asset data updates to maintain accuracy of database repository, identifying and managing asset discrepancies and compliance resolution process to closure.**Who You Are**- Certifications preferred:- ITIL Foundation (IT Service Management)- Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM), CHAMP, or CSAM (from IAITAM)- ISO/IEC 19770 framework knowledge is a plusExperience- 3-7 years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Service Management (ITSM), or Procurement/Inventory Management.- Proven experience managing hardware and software asset lifecycles (acquisition, deployment, maintenance, retirement).- Familiarity with software license compliance, vendor management, and auditing processes.Technical Skills- Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management, CMDBs (Configuration Management Databases), and discovery tools.- Hands-on experience with ITAM tools such as ServiceNow, Flexera, Lansweeper, Snow Software, JAMF, SCCM, or BMC Remedy.- Knowledge of hardware standards, software licensing models (SaaS, on-premise, cloud), and vendor SLAs.- Solid understanding of network infrastructure and endpoint management concepts.Analytical & Process Skills- Ability to analyze asset data and generate accurate inventory and compliance reports.- Strong understanding of data governance, configuration control, and change management processes.- Experience implementing or optimizing ITAM processes in alignment with ITIL and ISO 19770 best practices.- Excellent problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.**Being You**Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
