**Tax Specialist***:
**About the Role**:
A Tax Specialist performs a variety of tax related activities and delivers professional tax services of consultative/advisory characteristics to the defined organization so that the organization meets its tax obligations and objectives.

**What You Will Do**
- Analyze and interpret tax laws and regulations and prepare technical reports on how they impact the organization’s operations. Prepare correspondence with external tax agencies and consultants
- Maintain tax information and records; prepare tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports so that they are submitted accurately and on time.
- Act as an advisory speaking partner for tax services providing technical tax advice within area of expertise to functional or operational areas managers as well as colleagues in the finance area
- Follow accounting standards and other Essity policies such as MICR and legal regulations
- Oversee and approve special procedures in relation to the defined tax services
- Prioritize and resolve escalated issues from Tax Administrators and others and escalate possible challenges/ questions to the next level and secured hand-over
- Provide input to the key contact regarding needed changes, inefficiencies or other possible issues Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization
- Maintains the interface to Business Unit Controlling network and Business contacts
- Quarterly Deferred tax calculation
- Internal & External Audits

**Who You Are**:

- Accountant.
- 5+ years of experience in taxes.
- Intermediate English level.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP knowledge is a must
- Ability to collaborate with local and external teams.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Strong knowledge of tax accounting
- Analytical Skills
