Overview Supply Chain Development Manager Responsibilities Lead cross‑functional coordination of On‑Time Delivery (OTD), capacity analysis and planning (supports the SIOP process). Proactive management of shortages, Supply Chain KPI reporting, and transparent communication for critical and strategic accounts. Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure customer requirements are accurately accounted for, communicated, and delivered on time. Conduct situational analysis, strategy development, and guidance in implementation for the functional disciplines of supply chain development, procurement, planning, and inventory control. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Operations (preferably in a manufacturing capacity). Advanced English and passport/visa to travel to the USA. Experience in a Sheet Metal manufacturing environment highly preferred. Desired Education Superior - titulado Desired Experience Nivel Gerencial Department Function Manufactura / Operaciones Industry Manufactura, Bienes de Consumo Salary Range salary up to $145k per month with taxes, benefits about the law #J-18808-Ljbffr
