We are expanding our teams and are looking for support at our international location in Mexico City. Travel between our locations is possible.

**WHAT YOU DO**:

- You enjoy working with a well-thought-out corporate design on the basis of which you design suitable marketing materials and have a desire for further development for different channels
- Social media is your specialty, and you are well-versed in formats to accompany postings, campaigns, and trade fair appearances
- Your creative mind does not stagnate even with operational and administrative tasks such as obtaining quotes and awarding contracts to service providers
- Always on: You conceive and design communication measures in the digital environment with a focus on content, campaigns, and branding
- You also bring your digital skills to our offline projects such as print, trade fairs, and events You combine your storytelling skills with the passionate creation of meaningful presentations, independent research, and benchmarking
- You are a master of mood boards, storyboards, scribbles, and concept layouts - Zoi offers you creative playgrounds that are happy about a large portion of your own initiative and structure
- You are an impetus provider and creative consultant - both in the team and to relevant stakeholders
- Your voice counts: You competently take over the briefing, communication, and delegation of external service providers (e.g. in the areas of illustration, film, photography)

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- A degree in communication design, media or a comparable education and at least 3 years of professional experience in an agency or similar environment
- You are a conceptual designer with a focus on digital communication strategies
- A pronounced understanding of brands and a great enthusiasm for digital creation and design are part of your design DNA
- Your good sense of current events and digital trends helps Zoi and our customers to always be up-to-date
- You skillfully incorporate your basic knowledge of traditional advertising and communication into digital projects
- You convince your colleagues with conceptual strength and confidence and with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
- You feel comfortable in presentations or leading workshops and can communicate your ideas and thoughts convincingly
- Team play is part of your good work style - your creative mindset inspires others, and you are happy to be a sparring partner in the project
- You are fluent in English
