Senior Accounting Analyst

We are hiring a **Senior Accounting**Analyst**to drive impactful financial analysis and lead critical financial processes within a dynamic and global organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in shaping the Company’s financial strategy and operations.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Review and analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet accounts.
- Prepare monthly accounting journal entries and balance sheet Reconciliations.
- Monthly Intercompany Cross-charges.
- Prepare Quarterly Financial Statements.
- Prepare and review Facilities annual budget for the GBC in partnership with the Local Function and Finance Rep.
- Prepare and present the Quarterly Balance Sheet Review providing explanations of compositions and the main variations.
- Lead the closing meetings, ensuring the P&L and Balance Sheet balances are correctly integrated.
- Monitoring and Control of Local Cost Centers.
- Capitalization of Fixed Assets, Depreciation and Disposal journal entries.
- Fixed Assets Physical Inventory Audit.
- Working with key members of the business to identify areas to improve and propose corrective actions or cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide support in the processes of the AP team.
- Assure the Company is complying with all financial and accounting policies and regulations.

**Who You Are**:
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
- Minimum of 5 years of applicable and shown work experience.
- Have worked in services companies and have proven experience making accounting and financial analysis.
- Excel proficiency is a must.
- Evidence of ability to speak and write in advanced English.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP-system preferred.
- Experience working with multinational companies desired.
- Technical Skills - Demonstrates detailed knowledge in accounting and experience in preparing financial analysis reports.
