Job Summary

Job summary:

- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Business Excellence Leader _located in _Aguascalientes site._
- Reporting to the _Business Excellence Manager_, the _Business Excellence Leader_ role involves_ _in charge of continuously driving a culture of excellence in the organization and enabling waste removal activities using lean and six sigma approaches and tools and guiding actions to a sustainable conclusion._

- _ Participation in Kaizen._
- _ Team leadership._
- _ Layout updates._
- _ Generation of drivers._
- _ Delivery of Lean courses._
- _ Application of statistical tools for continuous improvement._
- _ Application of lean tools for continuous improvement._
- _ Collection and validation of information for reporting._
- _ Collection and validation of information for monthly CIMT report._
- _ Coordination of 5s genbas._
- _ Implementation of corporate strategies._

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- _ Industrial Engineering or similar._
- _Intermediate-Advanced_ English._
- _ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing._
- _ 6 sigma._
- _ Logistics._
- _ Intermediate Excel._
- _ Autocat, Minitab, SolidWorks, FlexSIM (nice to have)._
