Join over 3 million users that trust Benchmark Gensuite® with their software system needs and benefit from rapid deployment and adoption, immediate return on investment (ROI), service excellence, and collaborative innovation.**Responsibilities**:- Assist in analyzing operational metrics and dashboards and help prepare presentations.- Support the development of tools and resources for process guidance.- Provide operational support to various departments such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations.- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and contribute to implementing and optimizing processes.- Collaborate with global teams on cross-functional projects and initiatives.- Assist in preparing and presenting weekly reports to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.- Ensure tasks and processes are completed in a timely manner and meet expectations through proactive oversight and follow-up.**Education**:- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, administration, communications, or a related field.**Qualifications & Skills**:- NO work experience is required- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination across departments and global teams.- Organizational skills with great attention to detail.- Critical thinking, analytics, problem-solving, and time management abilities.- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
