As Sales Value Manager, Specialty Care, you will play a pivotal role in setting the national direction for the business—bringing strategy to life through a motivated sales team and strong cross‑functional partnerships. You will design and drive a customer‑centric business plan, coach and develop leaders and teams, and translate insights into sustainable growth across the portfolio. About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead national sales strategy and execution for the Specialty Care portfolio to achieve agreed commercial targets
- Develop and deliver a customer‑centric business plan with first line managers and cross‑functional partners
- Coach, develop, and inspire sales leaders and teams to drive high performance and engagement
- Translate market insights into clear priorities that strengthen customer experience and business growth
- Ensure full compliance, including timely reporting of technical complaints, adverse events, and special cases
- Drive commercial excellence through disciplined planning, performance tracking, and continuous improvement
- Foster a culture of collaboration, ethical leadership, and accountability across the sales organization Essential Requirements
- Proven experience leading sales teams within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries
- Strong understanding of the evolving healthcare and pharmaceutical market landscape
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute customer‑centric business plans at a national level
- Effective people leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- High level of integrity with a strong commitment to compliance and professional ethics
- Fluency in English with clear, confident, and professional communication skills Desirable Requirements
- Established market knowledge and professional network within the healthcare and pharmaceutical environment
