General Accountant

**ACCOUNTANT**

**Main Functions**
- Process invoices according to the established timelines
- Record all financial transactions.
- Perform monthly account reconciliation.
- Organize and maintain all financial records.
- Compile and summarize tax data for management information reports.
- Handle various tax research, analysis, interpretation of current tax laws and other projects as needed.
- Assist in establishing effective risk monitoring controls.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proactive, self-starter with a proven ability to learn quickly.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Grade: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.

Languages: Intermediate spoken and written English (assessment will be performed)

Minimum one to two years experience in accounting (AP and AR), accounting software

Preferably have already worked ERP

Basic knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting principles.

Work Schedule: In person from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
