People Partner at Gulfstream works closely with business leaders and managers to align HR initiatives with the organization´s objectives. Provide HR guidance on a wide range of matters including, but not limited to, Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Performance Management, Administrative and Personnel Services support. Drive initiatives that support the overall success and effectiveness of the business while fostering positive work culture.

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor´s degree on administration related field. - +5 years of experience on HR function or HR Generalist experience is highly value. - Strong communications skills (English & Spanish). - Effectively managing multiple priorities and confidential matters may be required. - Task oriented, self-driven, ability to work well with all levels of the organization both local and within Corporate. - Availability to work the 2nd Shift (2:00 pm - 11:00 pm).
