**Objective**:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Administrative Coordinator to lead and optimize the company’s administrative functions, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and alignment with strategic goals. This role plays a key part in supporting cross-functional teams and managing administrative resources efficiently across departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Manage administrative budgets, control costs, and maintain effective relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers; manage supplier performance and conduct annual assessments.
- Generate operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Trilingual: Advanced level in Mandarin, Spanish, and/or English.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month

- Ramos Arizpe, Coah.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
